MEDICAL MARIJUANA - CLINTON

• Clinton stands for medical marijuana. She says we need research to know how we will help people with medical marijuana and whom it will help.
• Clinton also supports making all marijuana legal in all 50 states.

MEDICAL MARIJUANA-TRUMP

• Trump has a very similar standpoint as Clinton, supporting it and saying we need research to figure out what it'll be used for.
• Trump also wants to ban illegal marijuana in the U.S.

MEDICAL MARIJUANA-MY STANDPOINT

• I stand with Trump in this issue because medical marijuana will help people, and can be a life changer to others.
• I want to ban illegal marijuana because it is very bad for your health if you get addicted, and can kill you over time.

DEATH PENALTY - CLINTON

• Supports, but she wants to narrow it down to mass killings.
• She wants to narrow it down to mass killings because she believes courts are delivering unfair sentences to the defendant, and she claims she will help fix this unfairness in the courtroom.

DEATH PENALTY -TRUMP

• Supports, says it is not a deterrent to others (forcing people out of the country, and/or creating mass protest)
• He also says the death penalty helps us because the people who have killed and are sentenced to death are for sure not to kill anymore, and to create more peace in this country.

DEATH PENALTY-MY STANDPOINT

• I support Clinton in this issue.
• Why? Because I feel like the defendant of a case should get more choices than death, and be able to live a longer life. Sentenced to life in prison and sentenced to death are a whole lot different than you might think.

GUN CONTROL - CLINTON

• Clinton supports Gun Control, and says we need gun reforms to get guns out of the hands of the mentally unstable and criminals.
• She also says gun control will help to not lose lives from using guns inappropriately and/or dangerously.

GUN CONTROL-TRUMP

• Does not support, he says he is a 2nd amendment person. The 2nd Amendment says that the right of a person with a firearm cannot be restricted or removed.
• He also says that if the victims in the Orlando shooting and the California shootings had guns on their side, there would not be so many people dead right now.

GUN CONTROL-MY STANDPOINT

• I stand with both the candidates in this issue.
• I support Clinton in this issue because I believe we need to create gun reforms that will take guns out of the hands of the people who will use them to kill.
• I support Trump also in this issue because if the innocent victims of the shootings recently had firearms on their side, there would be so many less people dead right now.

WHAT I COULD DO

• What I could do for gun control is that I could create gun reforms like Clinton, but only limit them to people who have been in an asylum for insanity, been not guilty for reason of insanity for a crime, has a criminal record of at least 2 crimes, and ban them from illegal immigrants.
