L'Hermitage in France

The most interesting aspect to me about the Marist Brothers is their being a perfect example of the opportunities for the Church in America. They were persecuted in France and other areas, but were able to come to America and spread the Gospel through education. This is an interesting aspect of all Catholic orders in the U.S., but the Marists are a great example.
