Hello I am Deanna Jones. I am 20 years old and a rising junior at the prestigious Fayetteville State University. I am studying Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Growing up I was always a great student. I went to several different schools because my family moved so much. I have 3 sisters and 1 brother. When I was a small child I stayed under both of my parents but for some reason I gravitated towards my father when he was in the kitchen or outside grilling. So watching and learning to cook became my passion and I knew it was what I wanted to do then I grew up.
So I know you’re asking well why are you studying management and not in culinary school. Well the reason is because I want to open up my own restaurant and I need the knowledge of how to run a business when the time comes. So after I graduate with my Bachelor’s Degree in Management I will be relocating to Atlanta, GA to attend the Art Institute of Culinary Arts. I will be studying Fine Arts Cooking and Baking. Cooking is my passion and I believe when you pick a career it should be something you love to do and not do it just for a paycheck
