- Diaz revealed his role in the assassination to a friend named Tony
- Diaz was killed in an anti-Castro raid afterwards evidence comes up
- The mafia hired Diaz
- And CIA hired Owsald

- Jack Ruby shot and killed Oswald when he was in police custody
- Ruby shot Oswald in the chest
- He was buried in Rose Hill Cemetery in Texas
