EARTH

• Earth has three main layers a crust,a mantle,and a core
• Crust:Includes the solid,rocky,surface
• Mantle:A layer of hot molten rock.When volcanoes erupt this hot material rises to the surface
• Core:Earth has a dense core made of mainly iron and nickel.The outer core is liquid,but the inner core is solid
• 70% of Earths surface is covered in water

MERCURY

• Mercury is the smallest terrestrial planet and the planet closest to the sun
• Mercury is about the size of Earths moon
• The interior of Mercury is mainly made of dense metal iron.
• Metal has virtually no atmosphere

VENUS

• It takes Venus 7.5 Earth months to revolve around the sun
• Venus' atmosphere is so thick that it is always cloudy there.

MARS

• The atmosphere of Mars is 95% carbon dioxide
• Mars has seasons just as Earth does
• Mars has giant volcanoes in some regions
