Parts of the triangle

  • Physical
  • Social
  • Mental

Physical

  • Having a body that works properly and not being sick are all parts of your Physical Health.
  • By running, playing a sport or doing a basic workout can make you physically healthy.
  • By eating only junk food and never moving will negatively affect your Physical Health.

Social

  • Losing a good friend, having a bad breakup or having a limited number of friends will make you ill and decrease your Social Health.
  • Hanging out with friends, having long lasting friendships and being comfortable around people is a great way to increase your Social Health.

Emotional/Mental Health

  • If you get angry a lot and are generally not in a happy mood your Mental Health may be very low.
  • Your thoughts and self-esteem can affect your Mental Health in a good or bad way.
  • Learning new skills and reducing stress is a great way to help your Mental Health.

Balancing all three parts is very important!

  • If you look good you feel good, if you feel good you look good!
  • How can you be socially fit if your mental health is low?
