THE GREAT wALL

I decided to choose The Great Wall for my 3, 2, 1, project because I am interested in it and I feel it will be cool to learn about and maybe one day take a trip to.

3 THINGS I LEARNED

• The Great Wall is over 2,000 years old
• The Great Wall is over 3,000 miles long
• The Great Wall’s “main gateway” is Beijing which is where most tourists go.

2 THINGS I FOUND INTERESTING

• The Great Wall was originally made for war, and the mountains the Wall was built on made for some climbs and uneven stairs that makes the hike up challenging.
• Camping is not allowed on the Great Wall yet people still claim watch towers to spend the night in and set up camp.
