High sugar intake puts you at risk for heart disease, which is still the leading cause of death in the United States and the world according to the CDC.

High sugar intake is a contributing factor to many chronic conditions.

One soft drink contains 40 to 50 grams of sugar or 10 teaspoons.

And what makes this worse, is that our kids are following the same path and consume more sugar than adults.


The research shows the correlations between sugar consumption and weight gain which puts you at risk for a myriad of chronic conditions as well as chronic fatigue.

The structural basis for all life is comprised of fats. However, not all fats are created equal.

In order to preserve the integrity of the cellular structure (and encourage very high levels of health) healthy fats are essential. Remember, healthy fats help to keep you at a healthy weight and they help to maximize your level of health!
