In the article,”What do we do when rules are broken,” by Dr. Thomas Gordon, argues that every organization has rules and all the leaders at all the different levels are going to be held accountable for making people follow those rules. This was found on a website called Gordon Training International. Dr. Gordon made this website around what he calls the Gordon Model; the Gordon model is based around relationships and to help with what to do when those relationships go wrong. This article was made to help people determine what we can do when rules are broken.
