Tell your editors ASAP if you think/hear something published is inaccurate.

- Use Reporter organizer sheet
- Plan to interview at least 3 sources
- Call sources immediately after meeting
- Do not agree to email interviews
- Do not promise anonymity or anything but a fair story.
