THE AMENDMENTS (16-27)

Amendment 16

This amendment gives congress the right to collect income tax without regarding the state population.
So if Charlie now by a certain date has to turn in tax money.

AMENDMENT 25
This states that anyone who comes into office when the president dies has to obey certain rules applied by the government.
So Kara can't just go into office as president and act like she knows the rules, congress has rules she has to obey.

AMENDMENT 26
This gives anybody who is older than 18 to vote.
So Corey turns 18 now he can vote for any election.

AMENDMENT 27
This keeps congressional leaders from giving themselves a raise till the next term in office.
So if Charlie wants a raise as a congressman he has to wait for the next term in office.

AMENDMENT 17
This amendment allows the people of the United States to elect there own senator.
So now Mr.Clark can go vote for whatever senator he believes is best for that position.

AMENDMENT 18
CANCELED
This amendment was at a later date was canceled and let people once again sale and drink alcohol.
This told Mrs. Clemens that she could no longer drink alcohol or distribute alcohol.

AMENDMENT 19
This gave women the right to vote no matter the gender.
Now Kara can vote without being told your a girl you can't vote.

AMENDMENT 20
This gives the right to the new president being inaugurated changed to the date of January 20th.
Now Corey as president has to inaugurated in on the 20th of January.

AMENDMENT 21
This gives people the right to drink and distribute alcohol which therefore cancels amendment 18.
This now gives Charlie the wire to once again sell or distribute alcohol.

AMENDMENT 22
This gives the president the right to only have 2-4 year terms in office.
This means Luron can't have anymore than 2 full 4 year terms as president.

AMENDMENT 23
This gives Washington DC the right to vote for the president.
Since mason lives in Washington Dc ha can now vote for the president of the U.S.

AMENDMENT 24
This allows people to not be charged when they register to vote at any election.
This means that Mr.Clark does not have to pay to go vote.
