The 28th amendment should state that the government will stop giving welfare to physically able people who choose not to work.
This has been going on for at least a decade and it's not fare to taxpayer's across the country.
We will have government officials come to your house and give you a physical evaluation to see if you're faking or not.
If you are able to work, but depend on taxpayer's money it is wrong.
If this amendment does not get passed the government and the whole country will keep building up debt.
