2 AMENDMENT

• Right to bear arms
• The right to own a gun

3 AMENDMENT

• limit on quartering of troops
• U do not have to quarter troops

4 AMENDMENT

• protection against unreasonable search and seizure
• The law can not search you or your property with out a search warrant or a warrant for your arrest

5 AMEDMENT

• due process, double jeopardy; self incrimination

6 AMENDMENT

• right to speedy trial

7 AMENDMENT

• trial by jury in civil cases

8 AMENDMENT

• no excessive bail or fine; no cruel or unusual punishment

9 AMENDMENT

• people retain rights

10 AMENDMENT

• powers not delegated to the US to states or people
