THANK YOU CLARK PLANETARIUM
One of our favorite things we learned about seasons is that January 4 is the closest day to the sun and July 4 is the farthest day from the sun.
Another one of our favorite facts about seasons we learned is that in the summer we get direct light and dark and in the winter we get indirect light.
One of our favorite facts about the moon phases is that the moon takes 29 1/2 (a month) days to orbit the earth.
Another one of our favorite facts is learning about the the phases. We learned in a fun way, we learned with golf balls on a nail. A black light shined on the golf balls and it turned one side green and the other side was really dark white. We orbited them around our selfs to see the different phases.
One of our favorite things we learned that the scale can go from a fly to the biggest universe.
One of our favorite thing is that we got to touch a really, really old meteorite and it was so cold, smelled like metal and was heavy.
Another one of our favorite things are the little games you had like: Universe Sandbox, Starry Night and a scale that showed a fly all the way to the universe.
