She wears clothing that is more 'fashionable'. She wears make up, and often has her hair made up. her voice is less booming and authoritative, but more feminine and informative. Her views are more evident in her documentary, as she often reacts more negatively to the drugs shown, whereas Ross Kemp is less phased. She also doesn't have a large presence, as she is clearly new to these places (she is easily phased and seems petite) so we take her opinion as less experience and more research. Unlike Ross Kemp, if she was replaced there wouldn't be a huge difference content wise.
