how workers can get use to these new technology and deal with it ?

Feb-2010(Sudan main port made a study of inserting new technology to the port) the result was :-

• 1- Sudanese port has improved in port - ship communications.2- there was an improving the way of delivering the cargo.3-they becomes better port than before.
• 2- there was an improving the way of delivering the cargo.

benefits of new technology at ports:-

• 1-Easy Access to information
• 2-Improve communication
• 3-Efficiency and Productivity

disadvantages of new technology at ports :-

• 1-low in Competency
• 2-workers refusing
• 3-they will got sick illness and they will for new job

problem reasons :-

• 1-long time using computers will make them feels boring.
• 2-more work with the same salary.
• 3-sitting behind the screen will damged their health.

how can we solve this problem?

• 1-having more time to rest.
• 2-motivate them by raising their salary
• 3-make some exersices in work .
