  • A worm that lives inside humans and other vertebraes that eats food
  • That you ingest when inside you.

PREVENTION TIPS WHILE COOKING PT 1

  • Cook meat above 169 degrees farenhight
  • Freeze foods below 14 degrees farenhight for at least 48 hours
  • Always wash your hands before handling raw food
  • Never let raw meat touch cooked meat
  • Wash raw fruit or vegtables before eating them

  • Avoid eating raw salmon undercooked pork beef or fish
  • Make sure its cooked thoroughly
  • Pickling may also kill tapeworms and their eggs
