Solomillo al Whisky

  • A pork tenderloin in whiskey and garlic sauce
  • Although I don't think I'd like the whiskey the tenderloin and garlic sounds very appealing.

Chocos

  • Chocos is a cuttlefish, normally breaded and deep fried.
  • I'd like to try this because it didn't know cuttlefish was even a thing, but it sounds good

Chipirones

  • A small squid, usually cooked on the griddler
  • I'd like to try this because I've never had squid, but it sounds really good on the griddle

Cazón en Adobo

  • Cazón en Adobo is a fried and marinated dogfish
  • I think this dish would be very good, and I'd like to try dogfish sometime.

Bacalao

  • Bacalao is a salt cod, breaded and fried or stewed in tomato sauce
  • I would like to try this dish breaded and fried, because I love fish and this dish sounds very tasty
