  • If you are told - tell the client Immediantly
  • Call then email - not text
  • Always put even the smallest things, in writing
  • email the file at the same time you email the client

Email Tips

  • keep an email folder for each client/property
  • put all correspondence there
  • Don't reply all.
  • Don't forward your clients email to the other agent. Copy & paste

  • Don't keep copies of personal information in email or on your phone

  • Have separate business email from personal
  • Have your own hotspot rather than using public Wi-Fi
