  • Cost- A$ 102 million equivalent to ~859 million in 2012
  • Height- 65m (213 ft)

SYDNEY HARBOR BRIDGE

  • Construction begin: july 28th 1923
  • Total length: 1,149 m (3,770 feet)
  • Width: 49 m (161 feet)
  • Heighth: 134 m (440 feet)
  • Construction end : january 19th 1932
  • Inaugurated and opening: march 19, 1932

  • Population: 614 (2006 census)
  • Density: 3100 km2 (8,000/sq mi)
  • Area: 0.2 km2 (0.1 sq mi)
  • Location 1 km (1 mi) from sydney CBD (central buisness district)

  • 2.7 million international visitors in year ending december of 2010
