  • Have about 300,000 people working for them.
  • Has high brand loyalty and good customer service.
  • It is very accessible to the consumers.
  • Has a variety of flavors including diet Pepsi, and Pepsi Light.

  • Strong competition against other companies
  • Promotes high brand switching with could decrease profit.
  • Many cases against products affecting brand image.
  • Many health set backs with the product.
  • High sugar content is one health set back.
