  • Brown Sugar is used for desserts, fudge, and most sweet foods.
  • It has a brown colour.
  • Too much of it can make you fat, sick , and it can slow down your organs.

  • Treacle is a uncrystallised form of syrup.
  • There is a darker and lighter type or Treacle.
  • Golden Syrup Treacle is most commonly used as a sweetener in dishes like Treacle tart , Treacle sponge ect.

Facts

  • Sugars in fruit are good for you but to much can make you over weight.
  • The only taste humans are born craving is sugar.
  • In the 16th century in England a tsp of sugar cost $5 dollars. :{0

As we researched this topic of sugar, we found that sugar can be a benefit to your diet and there are down sides to sugar as a common factor in your diet.
