If you worry to much your arteries can start to clog up and make you have a heart attack.

Clotting can begin in your blood vessels and free flow won't take place

Your blood pressure can increase and make you feel like you're under attack.

(White blood cell) When in, stress your immune system is more weak and can cause you to get more sick.

When you're stressed out, your muscles are strong but only for a limited time due to adredilan.

As you get stressed, your body doesn't produce as much anti aging hormones. This will give you the appearance of you looking older.

If you're stressed out then your sex drive could be lower or "lack of flow".

When stressed out your body tends to produce more water so you can cool down from it all.

When stressed out heavily, it takes a toll to your digestive system. Your body will think it doesn't matter and only cares of staying alive which will lead to weight gain.

Your breathing will increase due to the fear of being scared of all the time.

Like any other thing in the world there is a way to prevent it. Some of the ways you can do that is by walking. Walking will take your mind off things and will only focus on that one thing.

A way to cope with stress is too draw. It frees your mind and you can put anything you want without being judged good or bad.

Coloring will make you feel like a kid again where there weren't any worries some studies suggest.

Exercising will take your mind off things and make you only focus on one goal.

Though stress can kill it is meaningless when you're with someone else. Being with someone you love or like can rest your heart and make you feel happy.
