Challenge:

The maze will follow certain

expected outcome

• The maze will have multiple pathways that fill the given space.
• A marble will travel over the pathways and encounter dead ends and obstructions
• The maze wall will contain the marble and the maze will be solvable.
• The maze can be themed and decorated

Constraints

• a box, cardboard, card stock, paper, index cards, tape, craft items and scissors
• Maze must have two deadends, obstructions, and some creative turns or objects in the paths
• Theme: amusement park, rainforest, haunted house, natural disaster, volcano, school, fairgrounds, zoo, pyramids, etc.

You can...

• have a theme team
• and a maze building team

Caution

• This is going to take much planning, time, patience and team work.
• Work carefully with people who will work and be supportive over the course of this "a-MAZING" STEM challenge
