TSP650II BT PRINTER

SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

• Unpack Blutooth Printer
• Insert Thermal Paper Roll (80mm Standard)
• Connect Power Cable to Printer
• Switch Blutooth Printer on
• Open 'Settings' on iPad
• Pair Printer with iPad

PAIRING PRINTER

• Open Blutooth 'Settings' on iPad.
• Hold 'PAIR' button on Printer for 10 sec, then release.
• Wait for 'Pair Request' for the Star Micronics printer to appear. If request does not appear but Printer name appears, select it.
• If unsuccessful, PRAY TO THE GODS OF BLUTOOTH or hold down pair button on Printer again to re-attempt pairing.

PAIRING PRINTER

• When iPad states Printer is 'Connected' launch talech register app.
• Navigate to 'Settings' >Then select 'Printers'
• From Printer settings, tap 'AutoDetect' and then wait for 'BT: Star Micronics' to appear in Printer List.
• When Printer appears, make sure it says the printer is 'Available'
• Select Printer to bring up details and select test print to verify printer is or is not connected. If not, commence troubleshooting.
• If connected, next set the Categories you wish to have sent to that Printer.

TS | WRITE PORT EXCEPTION ERROR

• Confirm Blutooth is active on iPad
• Confirm Paired with iPad
• If Blutooth setting indicates Printer is not connected, tap on 'i' & then select 'Forget this Device'
• After you have forgotten the device, power cycle printer & force close & reopen app
