To form:
1) definite article
(el, la, los, las)
2) noun
3) más/menos
4) adjective
La foto es la (1) posesión (2) más (3) importante (4) para mi.
El libro de español es el (1) libro (2) más (3)
interesante (4).
Los libros de matemáticas son los (1) libros (2)
menos (3) interesantes. (4)
You have to make agreement with the subject and the adjectives!
To say something is the best:
1) definite article
2) mejor(es) or peor(es)
3) noun
Rojo y azul son los mejores colores para mi dormitorio.
(Red and blue are the best colors for my room.)
Superlative is used to compare one thing to everything else in that category.
These are THE BEST colors for my room.
This is THE BEST food in all the city.
This is THE WORST post office in the city.
