Under a $1.6 billion contract with NASA, Space X will fly numerous cargo resupply missions to the ISS , and pave way for the growth and future of SpaceX
Establishing colonies outside earth will require a great deal of ethical models to follow, especially when the the colonies are millions of kilometers away.
"I have been in aerospace for 10 years now and I am at a complete loss for words with how this company is run. There is no tool control which anyone who has been in aviation has had pounded into their head. There is no formal training and worst of all there are no specifications"
"Long hours, no personal life, I'm either at work or sleeping with one day off a week. Unprofessional coworkers, a lot of flirting, favoritism, affairs. Leadmen with no experience rule by their own personal judgement on each worker. Obvious they are not leaders and they receive no training."
Even though this company is our hope in reaching mars, there are many ethical work habits that need to be addressed before they plan on creating colonies on mars.
Space x is the future of space colonization, but there must be changes in its core working ethics before they carry over these bad work practices outside of earth.
