• Is located in Brazil, Peru, Columbia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Venezuela, and Guyana
• The climate is Tropical, Warm all year round, and is very Rainy
• The vegetation is a lot of tropical plants, trees, and ground plants

FACTS

• More than half the animals in the forest have not been classified
• More than half the plants in the forest have not been discovered
• The plants in the forest can be used to make medicines
• The rainforest covers 5,500,000 square kilometers

AMAZON RIVER!

• Located in Brazil
• Runs throughout the forest
• The climate is warm, and tropical
• The vegetation is underwater food for the fishes

FACTS

• There are a lot of animals in the water
• The animals that live in the forest depend on the river
• The river is a use of transportation

AMAZON ANIMALS

POMPAS

• The pampas are located at the bottom of south America
• Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil...
• Warm all year round, and some rain
• The vegetation is grass, and ground plants

FACTS

• Highest populated place in South America
• Many animals live here
• Is next to the ocean so it really doesn't dry out
