• Sentence:Rome was a republic and this was a new beginning of a new chapter.

Legion

• Definition: smaller unit of the Roman army made up of about 6,000 soldiers.
• Sentence:Each legion had about 6,000 men and was further divided into groups of 60 to 120 soldiers.

Patrician

• Definition: wealthy landowner and a member of the ruling class in Ancient Rome.
• Sentence:
