Why does this matter to America?
America and several other countries helped over through the dictatorship and now Libya is still a place of turmoil and no one seems to be able to control the masses of people

The interim Prime Minster of Libya has chosen to step down and resign his duties. This comes after an assault on his family, and realization that forming a government is a very long process

Why does America care?
America would like to see a democratic country emerge from Libya, having a stable government in the Middle East has been America's goal for some time.

Why does America care?
India is the biggest democratic country in the Asian region, and the United Sates counts on India as a partner in that region

India's demand for fuel increased at the slowest pace in more then a decade

Why does America care?
The slow increase in demand for fuel shows that India's economy maybe slowing down. This matters to America because India is a big trading partner and America needs to sell its goods and services in order for our economy to grow.
