The Snow Leopard's nose is pink if it's a girl and black if it's a boy. It's relatively small. The Snow Leopard has a large nasal cavity, which warms the cool air before it reaches its lungs.
The big fluffy paws give the Snow Leopard great traction that is needed in their rough environment. The padding on the bottom of their paws give them extra protection for their paws.
The snow leopard quietly stalks its prey (sheep,goats and small rodents). When its ready it'll pounce (sometimes 50 feet in the air) onto its prey. This gives the prey no time to run or hide.
The supreme Snow Leopard lives all alone and hunts alone. Maybe this is because there are less mouths to feed,maybe because they're territorial. The only time it hunts or lives with another Snow Leopard is mating season and when they have their cubs.
Snow Leopards can't roar but can purr like a house cat, yowl,scrape in dirt and spray boulders\rocks with strong scents. This warns off other Snow Leopards.
So in conclusion they have great traction,great sense of smell, powerful legs,skinny tails and BEAUTIFUL fur. We've learned how they live and how they hunt. But there is one thing we have not leaned...
