SAFETY TIP OF THE WEEK

• Be aware of frost and ice on roofs
• Always have your ladder 3 rungs over the gutter and strapped
• At each meeting someone will be picked to supply the 2 tips for the following meeting (draw names)

RE-ROOF

• Check at eave while on the ladder
• Understanding what your looking at
• Soft spots on roofs need to be included
• These issues could stop install in their tracks

BASICS

• All mp's 80-280 and 10-18 degrees any azi on d2d (dec)measured
• Use eagleview for site plan
• All paperwork needs to be filled out during audit(missing info causing re-audits)
• Measure all mp's 80-280 and Always add one large mp any azi in addition to sold mp's(fec)
• We need to make a good impression and be professional on all jobs

BASICS

• When interior/exterior is only completed we need to change status to "incomplete"
• Job number and which mp on all sunbot files
• Indicate on site plan all mp's being surveyed
• Correct lumber sizes called out on mp sheet(lumber chart)
• When 40' ladder is required always pick it before going out to the job

• When changing status to "complete" all forms/info need to be completed and present
