Nourishing your body with food

While South East Queens lacks healthy restaurants, Sita’s Kitchen is on the rise to change the narrative by providing high-quality nutritional dishes in her neighborhood.

Giving people better access to healthy foods improve the quality of life

According to Street Easy Jan 2019 survey there are only three places in Queens that rank the healthiest.
1. Long Island City
2. Oakland Gardens
3. Douglaston

The business model is to educate people through food. Most people when they hear healthy eating with vegetables they think of boring meals but if you expose them to food they know already with a healthy twist they will be more open minded to transition and start a new diet.

Free Advertising is always the best. Sita’s Kitchen has leveraged Instagram insight to understand the demographic of their customers and learned when to advertise. On a average week the IG page has 400-700 people visit the page and engage in content.

Since Sita’s Kitchen is homebase we want to expand by creating pop up dinners throughout New York City, creating a trendy and unique experience to young millennial‘s and foodies.
