PRESENTATION OUTLINE
SIR GAWAIN AND THE GREEN KNIGHT
The Green Knight arrives at Kings Arthur's court with a challenge. The challenge is someone must give the Green Knight a blow and in a year and a day later he gets to return it.
The Knight that accepts the challenge is Sir Gawain. He takes a swing at the Green Knights neck cutting of his head. The Green Knight picks up his head and leaves.
A year and a da day pass and Sir Gawain sets of to find the Green Knight when he finds a castle to stay until it is time.
Wile he is staying at the castle he mets the Lady of the castle. She begins to like Sir Gawain but he only accepts 3 kisses from her. When it is time for Sir Gawain to face the Green Knight she gives him a Green girdle for protection
The Green Knight end up being the lord of the castle Sir Gawain was living in He swings 3 times but only hits Sir Gawain once for not following through with their agreement. The Green Knight and Sir Gawain then go back and celebrate at his castle.
