HISTORY

  • Sikhism was founded from Guru Nanak in the 15th century
  • Sikhism is a monotheistic religion
  • It was born in the Punjab area of South Asia
  • The Sikh faith began 1500 CE when Guru Nanak began to teach faith
  • It began in India and Pakistan

  • When they enter a temple, they must cover their heads and take off their shoes
