His life story

• he was born may 6th , 1856 in chezh republic
• he was married to martha bernays 1886-1939
• freud had six children anna , oliver , mathild and jean martin freud
• he died september 23 , 1939 

key point in his theory

• he believed you had three parts to your personality 
• first is id witch is when you really just care about your self
• you are your main focus 
• this stage usually happens when your a baby - young child 

this is also a stage where you have self experiences for example a mother leaving and the baby crying for her....

the next stage

• ego 
• this stage is when you start to care
• you kind of care but not that much
• this stage happens between preteen - young adult 

last stage

• super ego
• when you care more about others 
• you would go out of your way for another person
• this happens in older age like from late 20s until death

real life

a real life example would be if you took a 2 year old a 17 year old and a 38 year old and took them all out to the park to play with friends

the two year old plays and one of his friends falls down he might look over but hes going to start playing again shortly

then you have the 17 year old he plays a friend gets hurt he may go check on him after laughing but will soon leave him to go back to the game

then you have the 38 year old and his friend gets hurt he compleatly stops the game to check on his friend , and will even leave the park with his friend because he dosen't want to play anymore

fun facts !!!

he did cocaine he liked it ALOT he said it helped him think, he even discussed it with his wife (openly) and he preformed many "experiments" on himself with it

he hated women he said we are jealous of men because we do not have the male organ, week in the social society , vain, and the problem in society

he had a psychosexual theories witch basically means that you were jealous of your parent and wanted to be with your other parent sexually

so freud smoked a lot of cigars and because of his belief of oral fixation one of his assistants said your always smoking mabe its because you want something in your mouth lol

he had a really cool thing on dreams he belived you dreamed what you could not do in real life

class room setting

• take a class of 1-year olds  
• teach 50% of them there 
• basic needs and let the 
• other 50%fend for themselfs
• then check on how there doing at about 7 years of age
