Players are participating in angling and body checking clinics

The age for body checking has been moved up 2 years

Helmets are becoming more advanced

helping to prevent injuries.

The clinics teach players to hit smart and safely.

the age has been moved up

ensureing most of the players are responsible enough to hit.

Hitting is a huge part of hockey which adds to the

  • Competitiveness
  • Skill
  • Strategy

Hitting adds excitment

without hitting the game would be a lot less enjoyable for fans and players

Hitting adds intensity

hitting can and should remain part of hockey

If there were no hitting people may not get injured as often

Without it hockey wouldnt be the game people know and love
