The development of self esteem starts at an infant stage influenced by the acceptance of children when you interact with them.

DO YOU HAVE LOW SELF-ESTEEM?

"If you talk to your friends the way you talk to your body, you'd have no friends left."

-Marcia Hutchinson

LOW SELF-ESTEEM? :THESE MIGHT BE REASONS WHY

  • Family pressure
  • Failing to meet peer standards
  • Not being able to expresss yourself
  • Constantly comparing yourself to other (give yourself a break)

CONFIDENCE VS. ARROGANCE

There is a fine line between confidence and arrogance.

Arrogance is an insulting way of thinking you're better than someone.

Unlike when you have confidence you are able to admire your abilities without thinking lower of someone else
