WIND

• One way seeds disperse is through wind
• The seed has to be lightweight with tufts
• The wind carries the seeds to a different location
• The seed germinates

ANIMALS

• Another way seeds disperse is through animals
• The seed can be carried by:
• Sticking to the animal
• Being carried and dropped by the animal
• Be digested and come out as waste

WATER

• Seeds can also be dispersed through water
• A plant grows near a river or stream
• The water picks up a seed from the plant
• The seed gets germinated somewhere else
