Types of Databases

Multi-Subject vs. Subject Specific
Multi-subject databases have a wide variety of articles about a wide variety of subjects

Subject specific databases are just what you'd expect. There are databases for education research, health science research, business research etc.

Keyword Searching

Keyword searching is the type of searching you do when you use google. You're telling the database to find articles in which your keyword occurs more than 10 or 20 or 30 times.
