Sacramento Collaborative Practice Group proposal.

MISSION

To Generate Hundreds of Qualified Leads
Your Mission: to generate qualified leads. With over one hundred members, you need to generate enough leads for your sales funnel so that a percentage of them become real prospects and a percentage of those become clients. Typically, One in ten leads becomes a client, so you need lots of leads.

Developed Over 20 Years 
I've been helping small businesses in the Sacramento area for over 20 years and in that time, I've talked to thousands of business owners. That is why I'm here today - I helped Nancy with her marketing over 10 years ago while I was at AT&T yellow pages.

There are 3 questions your marketing needs to answer for a prospective client.

You need to connect emotionally. Even if your target client is affluent - they still make decisions emotionally. Why, after all, will we pay close to a thousand dollars for a handbag? or collect expensive wine ...

and intellectually

But your affluent customer likes to pretend that they are super logical and make decisions intellectually. You need to give them the information that satisfies this need.

Here's a screen grab of your website - I don't see a single call to action. You need strong Calls to Action to get someone to call you or attend a workshop.

Before I go any further, I want to tell you a bit about myself. I have almost 21 years experience helping small businesses with their advertising and marketing. I've been featured on every TV station and most print media in Sacramento as a social media expert.

I was named as one of Sacramento's Top Ten most influential Twitter users by the Sacramento Business Journal last March. I was especially thrilled to be named as I was the only marketer - the others were the Mayors of Sacramento and West Sacramento, Carmichael Dave, a bunch of prominant journalists like Marcos Breton and the Sacramento Ballet's prima ballerina, Alexandra Cunningham.

Nancy asked me to talk a bit about the results I've been able to get for clients

I started working with a Davis family law attorney a year ago. When we began he was on page 6 in the Google results, now he's twice on page one. I also helped Kershaw Cutter and Ratinoff get dozens of first page results.

If you look for Sacramento Search Engine Optimization on Google, you'll see me 4 times on page one. This proves how strong my seo skills are, because there are dozens of local internet marketers who are trying to get the results that I have achieved.

AMPLIFY

In addition to SEO work, I have a proprietary service called Amplify. I've organized a group of social media superstars and working together we can reach thousands of Sacramento area prospects on behalf of businesses and organizations.

Using this platform, we track both the potential audience reach and the results, i.e. how many people clicked on the landing page.

1.9 Million Audience

For the Sacramento Music Fest we used Twitter for 30 days preceding their event and broadcast their message to an audience reach of 1.9 Million people.

For the Sacramento Ballet, this program generated over 500 visits to their ticket sales page.

Social AND Search

Get on the Map
Being an expert in Social, Search and marketing is unique because they require very different skills. Search is engineering, analytics, code, research. Social is sorority girls. Marketing is Cheerleading. But I was an Engineering, sorority girl cheerleader, so ... there you have it.

SEO + Social

Constantly Changing
Search Engine Optimization and Social Media are constantly changing - with over 1000 changes per year, and many of those changes are very significant. I would recommend that you look for a long term partner to help you with this, because today's tactics may need to be altered tomorrow.

For example, in the last 6 months, most businesses have seen a decrease in their reach on Facebook. Where their updates previously may have been seen by 20% or so of their followers, many businesses are now reaching 2-5% of their followers on Facebook unless they use paid advertising.

Online Reputation

92% of users influenced
And you can't neglect reputation management. 92% of internet users say they're influenced by online reviews, more than say they listen to their friends and family. The Sacramento Collaborative Practice Group and most of her members don't have ANY reviews, and they're losing business to other professionals who take reputation management seriously. If you wait and end of with negative yelp reviews it is very expensive to fix. You should be proactive.

Workshop attendees could be asked to evaluate the workshop. Even if most did not respond to the evaluation request, some would, and soon you'd have some reviews.

Mountain Sized Job

You can be as aggressive or passive as you want with internet marketing. Some are happy with a toe dipped in to the water, but others are looking for mountainous results.

I am guessing that you want big results. If that is not correct, let me know.

In any internet marketing purchase, you choose the level of involvement that you want. What you're purchasing is time and expertise.

Feedback Loop to Finetune Social Media Content
I will send out a monthly survey asking your members to let me know what they like and what they hate, so we can fine tune the social media to deliver the right message.

Reach 250,000 Per Month

Using our proprietary AMPLIFY program, we will guarantee an audience reach of 250,000 per month on your content. We use Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram and/or Pinterest to broadcast your content. The monthly follow up reports will show you exactly what our reach was per platform, and how many people responded to our message. As we analyze the responses, we'll adjust the messaging to give more of what your prospects like.

Develop Content We Can Use for Promotion

We'll collect all the content you have (website, video, social profiles, news articles, etc.) and look for opportunities to leverage that content.

Legally, you need to be very careful about how you word your profiles and pages, but improvements could be made by increasing the font size, bolding, changing the layout, etc.

$2,000 per month

20 hours per month at $100 per hour
My proposal is for a 3 month trial period at $2,000 per month. You'll see exactly what I can do for you, experience first hand the results of programs like Amplify, implement some of my advice.

I will find out something important also - is 20 hours per month the right level for you to accomplish your goals, or would it be better for you to have a larger or smaller contract going forward.
