The sun gives off a type of energy, that energy is solar energy.
The Suns solar energy gave a tree energy that is called chemical energy. The tree made some bananas from that chemical energy.

A monkey came to the banana tree and ate a banana and then the monkey used kinetic energy by running up a hill.
