PRESENTATION OUTLINE

NEWTONS LAWS OF MOTION

BY: TYLER MORRIS

THE FIRST LAW

  • It's called inertia
  • Inertia is the tendency of an object to resist a change in its motion
  • Example: pushing a ball will make it move but
  • if you leave the ball there it won't move unless a unbalanced
  • force moves the ball

THE SECOND LAW

  • Depends on its mass
  • An unbalanced force causes an objects velocity to change
  • F=ma
  • Example: if u were to push a semi truck it will not move

THE THIRD LAW

  • Equal and opposite force
  • One two equals push against each other they don't move
  • or if two people were to push each other in a different
  • direction on some sort of wheels they will move away
  • from each other
Every action there is a reaction
