PRESENTATION OUTLINE
First we start at the veins which carry deoxygenated blood to the heart
Then the blood goes to the right atrium before entering the heart
The valves build pressure to keep blood flowing in one direction
Then the right ventricle pumps blood to the pulmonary artery
Then the blood picks up oxygen from the lungs
After getting oxygen, the blood flows through the pulmonary vein before returning to the heart
Then the blood coming from the lungs enters the heart from the left atrium
Then the blood gets a big pump from the left ventricle
Then the blood goes to the aorta which is the biggest artery
Then the artery’s carry blood to our organs
Then the blood goes to the capillaries were the exchange of gases happens
Then when organs use the oxygen they produce Co2
Then the de-oxygenated blood returns to the heart by the veins
