• Relevancy helps you build Star-Qualities that help you later in life. These Star-Qualities are what people see you as. The better the Star-Qualities, the better your personality.

BOREDOM

• Sitting in a class and listening to the teacher can induce something called boredom. Boredom disorients us from our goal. The cause of boredom isn’t having enough energy but having too much of it. When this happens, you start thinking about other topics and start drifting away from your goal.

PROCRASTINATION

• Procrastination is one of the biggest causes of stress. Putting off work or an important task might help you relax for a moment, but can soon snowball into a giant mess that you can’t handle. Preventing this not only prevents stress but also helps you make time for other important activities.

LISTENING.

• Paying attention in class and listening to the teacher helps you prepare for quizzes faster as your brain has already registered the information. Once you put all the other thought on your mind away for later, you can easily focus on the task/activity in front of you.
