  • putting something off that is unpleasant or burdensome
  • like homework, cleaning, mowing
  • Stress always tags along

LISTENING

  • When your bored during a class you start to think about your life even if your listening
  • when listening your thinking about how much of a waste the class is
  • when listening you get distracted by something then then that’s all you think about
  • Your listening so much all the i of the information becomes up to much to process
  • Your mind is quiet and blank and you are totally in the moment listening to the teacher. You are in the zone
