Boredom comes from when you are thinking too fast and you feel like you have to move around and do things.
The main way you could cure you boredom is to slow down your thoughts. This helps you focuse more and puts your brain into a state of making the situation intresting.
There are multiple feelings like anxiety, guilt, overwhelmed, frustrated, and worry that all come in with the package of procrastination.
If you do your work on the day it's supposed to be done or if you do it right as you get then later you'll feel relieved that you did it and your stress level goes way down.
There are 5 levels to listening. 1st is My life is on my mind. 2nd is Judgmental. 3rd is Distracted. 4th is Processing. And lastly, 5th is The Zone.
Our body goes through these stages and the higher the better because "The Zone" is when you are feeling like you can do anything and you could get all things done.
