Alessandro di Mariano Vanni Filipepi Botticelli
He was born in Florence, Italy sometime in 1445. He specialized in oil painting figures/people. He died on May 17th, 1510.

He used a common a French style that focused on the human figure. His first two major artworks were titled "Fortitude" and "St. Sebastian". His artwork was often labeled melancholy and thoughtful. His best-known works are "Spring" and "the Birth of Venus." Later in his career he became crippled and people stopped showing interest in his artwork.

My artwork is usually happy accidents most of the time. I like to use bright colors, and things that I like. Such as shoes, and birds. My favorite artwork was my Oil Pastel Parrot.

REFLECTION

  • Outside of art, I am creative when I'm designing my room.

  • My least favorite project was the zentangles because it was stressful.
  • I have improved the most in shading.
