• Russia has lots of drinks such as tea, kvass & sbiten.
• Kvass is made from bread and water being fermented.
• Sbiten is made from honey, fruit juices, and spices.
• Tea is still the most popular drink in almost all of Russia.
• Coffee and hot cocoa are also common in Russia.

MAIN DISHES

• Meat and noodles are common in main dishes
• Beef stroganoff is beef in gravy with mushrooms on noodles
• Kholodets is jellied pieces of pork or veil with vegetables & spices
• Pelmeni is minced meat wrapped in dough usually with pepper onions
• and garlic mixed into the filling.
