What if I'm not any good?

Many people believe you have to bee good at something in order to do it. Running is the complete opposite. You can be slow or fast a marathon runner or a recreational runner and yet still experience success!

Heart defines your success

Ability does not define a runner. It is their heart and what lessons they choose to take away from the sport and apply to their lives.

We should consider the several reasons why running is a great thing to participate in.

Life experiences

It offfers incredible
Running is something that travels with you. It can be done anywhere in the world, on any terrain, and in nearly any weather conditions. It offers you the chance to explore the world.

Leads to personal growth

Success in running is determined by your heart. Running is the tool and vessel for personal growth.

 ANYONE
Since the sport is about heart and individual growth ANYONE can do it! Young or old, slow or fast, weak or strong...all can be successful!

It can be the gateway to a college

You never know where running can take you. For some it leads to college others a lifelong hobby, but the sport can be carried on beyond high school.

It keeps you healthy

Running gets your body healthy. Fueling your body with the right kind of food is key to running well.

Provides amazing community

The running community is unlike any other in the world. You can go virtually anywhere in the world and find people that share a similiar passion to run. Plus all runners are crazy to some degree!

Lifelong friendships are formed

You'll be surprised by the lifelong friendships you develop through the running community. When you experience ups and downs, triumphs and failures, injury and health with people...you LIVE life with them.

Family

We become a...
Lastly, the running community is a family. We love each other, fight for one another, and always have each others backs.
